An alumnae of Rhode Island School of Photography, Candace found out about PPANE in 1978 and first experienced NEIPP in 1980, which was held at the New England Center on the campus of UNH. It was there in Len Levy's class that the love for NEIPP was born.Over the course of the next 33 years, she attended every year, (with the exception of 5), while raising 2 children as a single mom, and building her business. During the 1980's, she was happy to serve as alumni president for 5 years and then as the NH Trustee 1999-2005.
A Past President of NHPPA, (2004-2005), and Past President of PPANE (2012) she continues to serve the PPANE Board as the first female Executive Director of NEIPP. Candace has served the PPANE board as a director from NH, and as VP of Finance responsible for transferring our accounts to Quickbooks and updating our methods of tracking and helping ot make NEIPP profitable.
Candace holds the degree of Photographic Craftsman, is a Certified Professional Photographer, has achieved the Approved Business Instructor classification from PPA, and has her Certificate of Business Management. She is the proud recipient of the PPANE Presidents Service medals in both 2009, and 2015. A recipient of the National Award from both NHPPA and PPANE are 2 of the most cherished awards

Wayne is a lifelong resident of St. Albans, VT, and he has been a professional photographer since the late seventies learning many types of photography along the way. Wayne says sharing creative ideas and techniques is what keeps photography fun for him. Between 2005 and 2015, Wayne became a CPP, a M.Photog., and a Cr.Photog., and he still enters in the local, district and national print competitions. Many of his prints were honored with print awards, and 14 of his images are in the PPA Traveling Loan Collection, which earned him PPA’s Imaging Excellence Award in 2015. Wayne lives with his wife Sally, and their dog, Brie. In addition to spending time with his family and friends, he really enjoys the time he spends with his grandkids, Bella and Jason.
